Positive: The home is extremely nice and very comfortable.
Negative: The Patio/Bar Area can only be accessible through the upstairs Master Bedroom Suite. 😔
This room would be excellent as a Den with a Sofa Bed, in order to enjoy the bar area without intruding in someone's bedroom.

Positive: The place was very spacious and welcoming. The beds were super comfortable.
Negative: I loved the look and feel of the townhomes. I only disliked the look of the outside environment.

Short n sweet.
Positive: The bedrooms were great! Master bath was excellent & owner was very courteous and responsive! Distance to uber to Broadway was great!
Negative: Wall deco wasn’t up, needs new lightbulbs n small repair’s, chairs replaced, couch was horrible, ants are very bad & neighborhood was not good!

All in all it was fine, but too expensive for the state of the property
Positive: The host was fantastic with their communication and ease of entry.
Negative: The property needs a good cleaning, especially the bathrooms where we found them to be somewhat in need. Also, furniture was broken on one couch and one of our parties fell off the back when they sat down normally.
