8min to Downtown w/ Rooftop Deck, Golf & Views!

We really did like this place. It needs some attention, but overall we're happy. Positive: The location was very good. Great city views and close enough to Uber to downtown or to the Titans stadium. Plenty of space. The place is huge, with a large common room on the roof. The outdoor area overlooking the city at night was a big reason we booked this house. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were clean and/or nearly new. Negative: The only issue with the location was the proximity to the Very Busy highway. The road noise was almost overwhelming at times when on the rooftop trying to relax. Road noise from the King bedroom was significant as well. We used a small fan (provided) to add white noise. The description was misleading to me. There are three bathrooms, but only the King room had it's own. The other two bedrooms need to share a hallway bath, and the third is just a half bath off the first floor kitchen. The beds have a flat sheet over the mattress (no fitted sheet) and just a duvet/comforter over the sheet. Note: the owner was very quick to respond to our request for additional sheets. There are no clothing closets and no dressers in the bedrooms. You live out of your suitcase all week. This was a major annoyance for us. The rooftop golfing green was covered in sand and unusable. Regarding the broken front door: I see reviews from May 2024 showing the broken door. It is STILL broken and rather unsafe. We slept with a chair wedged under the handle. Not what you'd expect to do for the money paid.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!! Horrible experience! Positive: The house was close to downtown, but in a very odd area. It was right off the highway so it was very loud. There was no place to walk our dogs. Negative: I didn't like anything! It was a nightmare rental experience. Three of the four nights we stayed there we had no AC on the middle bedroom floor. (See photo below of AC unit which had completely fallen apart.) The repair person also used a cleaning solvent on the AC unit which smelled horrible and lingered the whole time we were there. In addition to that big issue, the front door was broken and had a board tacked to it saying they were going to replace it. This has evidently been a long term issue. Other issues: mold in the middle floor bathroom on ceiling, cracked tile in the bathroom. Two of the three bedrooms had no window coverings. They appeared to have been ripped out. The sofas were super uncomfortable and the one on the top floor had a huge rip in it.

My stay was amazing, I loved everything about it. Positive: I loved everything about this property, the location is perfect. The home is very comfortable and cozy, with amazing views of the city. Also, the owners communicate extremely well. Negative: N/a
