Close enough to Broadway and perfect for a group of people.
Positive: Comfiest couch, beds and pillows. View from rooftop was lovely.
Negative: Rooftop furniture going mouldy. No ping pong balls to play with.

Amazing way to bring in my 30th birthday.
Positive: Freshly new, so spacious and the rooftop was an amazing view.
Negative: Just no extra parking, but its currently getting new buildings.

Negative: A little dusty in some areas. The bed frames had dust on them. The inside of the refrigerator wasn’t cleaned. There were a few food items left in it from whoever rented before us.
